Are you still undecided about your summer plans? We propose the following destinations at European level where the sun, the sea and the good parties are the common point.
We start with Spain, where the Balearic Islands are the favourite destination of millions of tourists every year. Why is that?
Also known as the Pitiusa Island, Ibiza has been leading the ranking of the preferred destinations for those looking for beaches and fun in capital letters for years, as it combines some of the most spectacular bays in Spain with the hottest nightclubs. Watching the sunset from Cala Comte should be a must for the tourists as well as attending clubs like Privilege, Pacha, Eden Amnesia, Space or Bora Bora where internationally renowned DJs play every night.
As if this was not enough, the island is perfectly connected to low-cost airlines such as Ryanair.
Another obligatory stop in the Balearic Islands. It is chosen by countless tourists every year for its crystalline waters ideal for diving, its hidden coves and its proximity to Ibiza. Formentera is smaller than its crazy neighbour, but it also offers a lot of cool locals and beachbars from where you can watch sunsets, cosy restaurants and good clubs open day and night.
We recommend Big Surf, Blue Bar, Bananas and Pineta Club.
PALMA DE MALLORCA: MAGALUF
The Mallorcan town, known for years as the Queen of the Levantine Night, is one of the favourite spots for young foreigners in our country. Neon lights, big screens and all kinds of night activities can be seen in its streets, which are full of people who want to party.
A type of leisure focused on a young, touristy and happy hour audience. We recommend BCM Planet Dance as it is the largest dance club on the island and one of the largest in Europe.
And talking about Europe, we continue with the recommendations:
CROATIA: PAG AND DUBROVNIK
Anyone who associates Croatia with a small republic marked by war is lost, as it has recently become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Europe and is chosen by thousands of young people to enjoy its festivals and beaches.
In the centre of the country and nicknamed “Croatian Ibiza” is the island of Pag, which stands out as a Mecca of fun, with its endless parties on Zrce beach and bustling youthful atmosphere. The main clubs are Papaya Club and Aquarius.
Dubrovnik, in the south, is another reference point for partying and nightlife. The best option to get to know the country is by car and don’t worry about booking accommodation, they are very cheap and you don’t need to book beforehand.
The island of Malta is one of the favourite destinations for European youth, not only for its beaches but also for its parties. It has become a favourite place for students who want to improve their English, have fun on holiday and not overspend.
And the fact that the price of their accommodation is so affordable is one of their main claims. But let’s not forget that what attracts most attention in Malta to young people is undoubtedly the nightlife. This is mainly concentrated in the municipality of Sant Julians/Sliema, which is the tourist centre of the country, where there is a great variety of discotheques, pubs, bars, restaurants and all kinds of nightlife.
We recommend Havanna, BJ’S Live Music Club, Coconut Grove and Aria.
The intensity of its blue waters, its archaeological culture, its charming Greek villages, its climate and, for some years now, its lively nightlife, make Greece another of the preferred holiday destinations for young people. More than 1000 islands to choose from, can anyone give more?
In the top of the “craziest Islands” we highlight are Los and Mykonos. The nightlife of the former takes place in Chora, its main city, where parties are held on the beach in the afternoon and usually end at dawn. You can stay in campsites, apartments and hotels. Don’t miss Pash Nightclub. Mykonos, on the other hand, reminds a bit of Ibiza, is another island of partying and fun, a place where you can have a really good time. Your best place to go is Paradise Club.
Is it all clearer now? I hope we helped you 😉
