ATOCHA, THE MOST COSMOPOLITAN NEIGHBOURHOOD IN MADRID

Atocha is one of the seven neighbourhoods in the Arganzuela district, located in the south of Madrid and famous mainly for the famous Puerta de Atocha railway station and its surrounding tracks and the Sur Bus Station. The excellent communication offered by these stations at a national level is enhanced by the good underground network (Atocha, Atocha Renfe and Méndez Álvaro) and the suburbs (Atocha) which it also has, thus becoming one of the main arteries for tourism in the capital. In this area you can also find the most important art triangle in Madrid: Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen, Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, as well as the Caixa Forum and its impressive vertical garden.
