Moncloa is the district of Madrid preferred by university students. It was formerly a neighborhood designed by and for the military and even today retains many of the buildings of the military buildings. It is one of the best connected areas of the capital, being the Moncloa interchange, bus shuttle that connects Madrid with all the municipalities of the west of Madrid, as well as university faculties.
