The residence is located in the heart of the city of Salamanca (Spain), at 50-72 Papa Luna Street. Its location is excellent for students, as it is right next to the Miguel de Unamuno Campus and the Champagnat Campus of the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSA), just 5 minutes from the bus station and approximately a 15-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor and the city’s historic center.

Generally, check-in takes place on the start date specified in your reservation or in your contract, if it has already been signed. Since the residence is open 24 hours a day, you may check in at any time. If you wish to arrive earlier, please notify us one week in advance by emailing info@micasainn.com

At Mi Casa Inn in Salamanca, all rooms are fully furnished and feature a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave (no stovetop). Our private spaces are designed to offer you the utmost comfort and independence. Here are the different types of rooms available:

Basic. Price range: €525 – €575/month.

Comfort. Price range: €550 – €600/month.

Comfort Plus. Price range: €575 – €625/month.

Deluxe. Price range: €600 – €650/month.

Deluxe Plus. Price range: €625 – €675/month.

Suite. Price range: €650 – €700/month.

Yes, your room already includes everything you need to be comfortable from day one: the bed comes with a mattress cover, waterproof protector, pillow, and bedspread.

If you’d rather arrive and have everything ready without worrying about a thing, you can also book our optional packages:

Bedding Package, which includes a fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillowcase.
Towel Package, with small, medium, and large towels.

Of course, you can decorate it however you like, but you must leave it exactly as you found it; otherwise, you may be charged for any damage caused.

We love animals, but they are not allowed inside the residence to ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone.

Of course! At Mi Casa Inn, we’re delighted to have our innsiders’ guests visit. You can have family, friends, or colleagues visit without any problem. We just ask that you take responsibility for their behavior during their stay at the residence. Upon arrival, they must check in at the front desk and let you know so you can come down to pick them up. During the visit, you’ll need to show them around the facilities. For safety and security reasons, we need you to fill out a form with information about your visitors.

Our goal is for everyone to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment. Therefore, in specific situations and for reasons of community harmony or safety, management may temporarily limit visits, always giving advance notice. We want you to feel at home… with everyone working together to maintain a positive atmosphere.

Yes. At Mi Casa Inn Salamanca, we offer a variety of catering and meal options, although these are not automatically included in the base accommodation rate. If you wish, you can book this service as an extra. Here are the different options available:

✔ Full board (Monday through Sunday) – Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
✔ Half board (Monday through Sunday) – Includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner.
✔ Half board (Monday through Friday) – Includes either lunch or dinner Monday through Friday.

The offer includes accommodations for dietary needs, with options for allergies, as well as vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus.

Meals are served and delivered between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM in the residence’s kitchen/dining room.
