The Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor are only 10 minutes away, with numerous underground, bus and train stations. You will be able to move from the residence hall to your university or any other part of the city in a few minutes without any problem.
You will also be able to enjoy the TEMPLO DE DEBOD , 30 seconds away from the residence hall; a sports area where you can combine sports such as cycling or running... and a great cultural offer with one of the best and most visited viewpoints of the city overlooking the PALACIO REAL. Its privileged location, in the very heart of Madrid, makes it especially accessible from the residence and very close to the historical heart of the city.
The residence has 9 single rooms, all with private bathroom and shower, single or double bed (depending on the type of room), desk, study chair, wifi, SMART TV in each room, double wardrobe, individual air conditioning and heating. The residence also has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, with a fridge, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher and cupboards where you can keep everything you need. Moreover, all the rooms have an individual locker with a key where to keep food and utensils so that only you can have access to them.
On the other hand, students enjoy the privacy provided by the fact that all the rooms work with a proximity card just like any hotel and they have total freedom when entering and leaving the residence hall. Moreover, students can receive visitors without any problem and these visitors can spend the night in the rooms.
