The Residence is located in the heart of the city of Salamanca (Spain), at Calle Papa Luna, number 50-72. Its location is excellent for students, as it is next to the Miguel de Unamuno Campus and the Champagnat Campus of the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSA), just 5 minutes from the bus station and approximately 15 minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor and the historic center of the city.

In principle, check-in takes place on the start date specified in your reservation or in your contract, if it has already been signed. As the Residence is open 24 hours a day, you can check in whenever you wish. If you wish to arrive earlier, please notify us one week in advance by emailing info@micasainn.com.

At Mi Casa Inn Ciudad de Salamanca, all rooms are fully furnished and have a private bathroom and kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave (no ceramic hob). Our private spaces are designed to offer you maximum comfort and independence. These are the different types you can choose from: Basic. Price range: €525–€575/month. Comfort. Price range: €550–€600/month.

Comfort Plus. Price range: €575–€625/month.

Deluxe. Price range: €600–€650/month.

Deluxe Plus. Price range: €625–€675/month.

Suite. Price range: €650–€700/month.

Yes, your room already includes everything you need to be comfortable from day one: the bed has a mattress cover, waterproof protector, pillow, and bedspread.

If you prefer to arrive and have everything ready without worrying about a thing, you can also purchase our optional packs:

Bedding pack, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcase.
Towel pack, with a small, medium, and large towel.

This is a very practical option, especially if you are coming from abroad or want to travel light. If you would like more details about these additional services, please see our extras and services section.

Of course, you can decorate it however you like, but you must leave it exactly as you found it, otherwise you may be charged for any damage caused.

We love animals, but they are not allowed inside the residence in order to ensure a better living environment for everyone.

¡Por supuesto! En Mi Casa Inn estamos encantados de que nuestros innsiders reciban visitas. Puedes recibir la visita de familiares, amigos o compañeros sin problema. Solo te pedimos que te hagas responsable de su comportamiento durante la estancia en la residencia. Al llegar, deberán identificarse en la recepción y avisarte para que bajes a recogerles. Durante la visita, tendrás que acompañarles por las instalaciones. Por seguridad y cuidado necesitamos que completes un formulario con información sobre tus visitas.

Nuestro objetivo es que todos disfrutéis de un ambiente cómodo, seguro y respetuoso. Por eso, en situaciones puntuales y por motivos de convivencia o seguridad, la dirección puede limitar temporalmente las visitas, avisando siempre con antelación. Queremos que te sientas como en casa… cuidando entre todas y todos el buen ambiente.

Yes. At Mi Casa Inn Salamanca, you have various catering and meal options available, although they are not automatically included in the base price of the accommodation. If you wish, you can hire the service as an extra. These are the different options available:

✔ Full board (Monday to Sunday) – Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
✔ Half board (Monday to Sunday) – Includes breakfast and lunch or dinner.
✔ Half board (Monday to Friday) – Includes lunch or dinner from Monday to Friday.

The offer includes adaptations according to dietary requirements, with options for allergies, and vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus.

Meals are served and delivered between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. in the residence's kitchen/dining room.
