Company Policy for Visitors
In order to maintain an organised and safe environment on our premises, the following guidelines are established for visits by employees, family and friends; the visitor must belong to the same age group as the resident.
Duration of visits
Visits may be for a maximum of two nights. In the case of a family member or friend from abroad, an extension of up to two additional nights is permitted.
Overnight visits
The maximum number of people allowed to stay overnight in a room is one person in addition to the resident.
Visits to common areas
The specific limit on the number of people allowed in communal areas varies according to the space, as long as respect for the space, comfort and safety of others is maintained.
Notice of visit
Notice of visit must be given at least 48 hours in advance, regardless of the type of visit. In addition, it is compulsory to send a photo of the ID or equivalent documentation of each visitor.
Large group visits
Visits of three people or more are only permitted on weekends (Friday to Sunday). In order to be considered a large group, the number of visitors must be more than two people.
Exceptions
Any request that does not comply with the rules mentioned above must be evaluated and approved by the company's administration.
Strict compliance
